Why we built ReviewLoop

For a local business, Google reviews are often the first thing a new customer reads. Yet asking for them is awkward: most happy customers never think to leave one, and a vague "please review us" rarely turns into action.
ReviewLoop is our answer to that gap. It is the first tool on BizPilot, and it is live today.
The idea
Make it easy for a customer to leave a review they actually write, in about a minute, from their phone.
- The customer scans a QR code.
- They choose a star rating and can add optional tags or a comment.
- They get an AI-assisted or template review draft that they can edit freely.
- They continue to the business's real Google review link and post it themselves.
Two rules we won't bend
Nothing auto-posts. The customer always reviews and submits on Google. ReviewLoop only helps them get started.
We never gate by rating. Feedback rated 1–3 stars is captured privately with an empathetic prompt, so the business can learn what went wrong. But the Google review button is never hidden, whatever the rating. Steering only happy customers to Google is the kind of shortcut we didn't want to build.
